Question 1

What is AIRIS?

Accepted Answer

AIRIS is an AI Readiness and Integration Intelligence System. It is a structured framework used to evaluate whether an organisation is genuinely prepared for AI adoption across strategy, governance, data, process, technology, people, and risk.

Question 2

Who is AIRIS designed for?

Accepted Answer

AIRIS is designed for mid-sized Indian enterprises and the leadership teams responsible for AI decisions — typically across manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, IT/ITES, and logistics.

Question 3

How is AIRIS different from an AI strategy workshop?

Accepted Answer

A strategy workshop usually produces ambitions and use case lists. AIRIS produces evidence about whether those ambitions can be executed responsibly, scores readiness across seven pillars, and surfaces conditions that must be addressed before investment proceeds.

Question 4

Can AIRIS identify projects that should not proceed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AIRIS is built to surface that answer honestly. Recommending that an initiative be deferred or redesigned is treated as a valid outcome, not a failure.

Question 5

Does AIRIS recommend technology vendors?

Accepted Answer

AIRIS is vendor-neutral. Where technology choices are discussed, the focus is on suitability, integration risk, and total cost of ownership rather than promoting any specific product.

Question 6

How long does an AIRIS assessment take?

Accepted Answer

Typical engagements run between four and eight weeks depending on organisation size, the number of candidate use cases, and the availability of internal stakeholders.

Question 7

What outputs are produced?

Accepted Answer

Engagements produce a readiness scorecard across the seven pillars, a prioritised view of candidate initiatives, a risk and governance summary, and a phased roadmap with conditions for proceeding.

Question 8

How is confidentiality handled?

Accepted Answer

Engagement information is treated as confidential, access is limited to consultants involved in the work, and we prefer summarised or anonymised inputs wherever possible. See the Security Overview for details.

Question 9

Can AIRIS be used before budgeting an AI initiative?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AIRIS is most valuable before budgeting decisions, because the assessment surfaces whether foundational conditions exist to make any investment effective.

Question 10

Does AIRIS include governance recommendations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Governance is a first-class output. Recommendations cover ownership, decision rights, oversight mechanisms, and the controls required for responsible operation of any AI system that follows.
